Role Overview
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements
- Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Track and report progress on business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Benefits
- Stipend: ₹15,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance-based incentives per month
