About this role
Role Overview
Provide real-time support to clients worldwide via chat, tickets, phone, and email.
Assist with technical issues and escalate platform-related cases (Libertex, MT4, MT5) to relevant teams.
Ensure high service standards, proper handling of complaints, and clear guidance on required documents.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain excellent communication, time management, and phone etiquette skills.
Promote company products and build strong client relationships.
Meet KPIs and perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
Stable, high-quality internet connection.
Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English at a good level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle stressful situations and respond appropriately to clients’ emotions.
Good computer skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
Availability to work 8hr shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 CET, Monday to Sunday.
Nice to have:
Previous customer support experience.
Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
Trading experience.
