Manage the project pursuit lifecycle, from early engagement to project execution handover
Implement the project pursuit process, including opportunity qualification, sales strategy development, risk analysis, and executive reporting
Improve project win rates by offering differentiated value propositions and ensuring profitability

Extensive sales experience with deep expertise in automation industry products, solutions and applications
Leadership and management skills, driving long-term sales for large-scale projects
Strong understanding of project management and execution fundamentals
Expertise in professional selling techniques for large capital projects
In-depth knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Life Sciences, and Sustainability and Decarbonization
Familiarity with contracting strategies, execution practices, and metrics with global engineering contractors
Willingness to travel internationally, often at short notice and for extended periods
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in an additional European language preferred
