Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions.**
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.**

Provide training to end-users on newly implemented tools or automation workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.**2
6 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role with a focus on process automation.
Knowledge of finance processes is an added advantage**
Strong knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies.**
Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, RPA platforms).**
Hands on experience in building Power BI Reporting Dashboards with various input sources**
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
Experience working with databases (SQL) and data manipulation is a plus.**
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage.Soft Skills:
