About this role
Role Overview
Lead Pearson’s sales growth and strategic presence across Wales
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders including Welsh Government bodies, colleges, and sector partners
Develop and execute a clear territory strategy for Wales
Build, manage, and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline
Engage senior stakeholders across government and colleges
Represent Pearson at regional events and policy forums
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Government Relations
Requirements
Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within education, vocational qualifications, or public sector environments
Ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and policymakers
Experience engaging organizations such as Welsh Government, sector bodies, or further education providers
