Participate in projects as (deputy) project manager or consultant in process and/or implementation projects with a focus on SAP development
Take responsibility for and manage entire projects — from planning and concept through testing and go-live
Lead national or international projects and subprojects, including coordination of technical teams
Provide technical consulting in close collaboration with colleagues, clients and service providers in an international environment
Identify and drive business development for new, innovative topics to advance the department
Support the sales team with pre-sales activities

Experience as a project manager across all project phases
Solid methodological knowledge of traditional (waterfall) and agile project approaches
Strong communication and assertiveness skills, and effective facilitation of decision-making processes
Know-how and experience in SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP/OO, interface programming, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Gateway, Core Data Services or SAP Cloud Platform)
Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
