Role Overview
- Assist team in carrying out ad-hoc tasks such as menu edits, campaign detail input, uploading offers, activating ads
- Own part of tasks related to projects such as reviewing account menus and menu tags across segments and actioning sprints on multiple KPIs
- Assist Account Managers with pulling data on their accounts for daily, weekly or monthly assessments across growth and operational improvements
- Work with segment leads on their own strategic projects, assisting with data entry, progress tracking
- Mass calling brands to activate them for Ads and discount packages, communicate potential improvements to operational KPIs
