Operate and optimize our cloud infrastructure
Administration, management and optimization of our cloud environments, in particular Microsoft 365 (including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams)
Implementation and management of Intune for device and application management
Configuration and management of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions, including Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender
Development and implementation of security policies and compliance standards within the M365 environment
Automation of processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages
Management of security solutions such as Sophos Intercept X
Configuration and administration of the RingCentral phone system

A completed degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration
Very good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365
Ideally Microsoft or ITIL certifications
Strong service orientation, team spirit and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex issues
Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Language skills according to the Common European Framework: German at level C1 and English at level B2
AWS knowledge (nice to have)
