Requirements
Experienced Property Manager: At least 5 years managing commercial or logistics assets, taking full ownership of the financial, technical, and administrative performance of the buildings.
Independent & Data-Driven: Ability to juggle multiple projects and use tools like Yardi or Tableau to turn data into smart, value-driven solutions without constant supervision.
Assertive Relationship Builder: A client-focused professional who can build trusted partnerships while remaining firm and effective during negotiations.
Industry & Technical Fit: Ideally from a logistics or industrial background (competitors or retail/commercial sectors) with a solid grasp of building maintenance and contracts.
Mobile & Bilingual: Fluent in Italian and English, holding a valid driver’s license, and willing to travel across the property portfolio.
Profile Flexibility: Open to mid-senior professionals or high-potential juniors, with a strong preference for those with an Engineering or Architecture background.
