- You bring Joy_ to life on camera
- You contribute to the development of content concepts
- You create content for performance-based ads
- You are responsible for producing and editing your own videos
- You work closely with the team and help evolve Joy_'s social media strategy
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
- A good eye for design and experience with tools like Canva or Figma
- Ideally you have created content before (e.g., on a TikTok or Instagram account)
- Reliable and able to follow projects through to completion
- Willingness to learn and grow in an early-stage startup
- German and optionally English language skills
