About this role
Role Overview
Managing and developing existing customers
Ensuring successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our onboarding team and the responsible Sales Account Executive
Testing and rolling out new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in collaboration with our Product team
Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with operational contacts on the client side
Conducting business reviews with customer decision-makers, together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO
Regular revenue forecasting per customer
Preparing and prioritizing customer insights for product development
Active collaboration and knowledge transfer with all teams at GUURU
Requirements
Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management
Experience at a SaaS company is a plus
Comfortable working with numbers and common computer software
University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Native German and fluent English are required; additional languages are a plus
