About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for the operational development of our CRM, including marketing automation (ActiveCampaign), lead nurturing and a clean handover to Sales.
You build automations so that cold leads systematically become MQLs and SQLs, including structuring CRM logic.
You further develop our website in Webflow: you create landing pages, produce graphic assets and content, and optimize the website's conversions.
You implement SEO and GEO measures and continuously improve visibility and performance.
You manage our SEA freelancer and ensure SEA campaigns are successful.
You enjoy working on the backend: tracking KPIs, integrations, CRM logic, form setups, automation flows — and ensure that everything works together technically cleanly.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
You have proven experience building and optimizing marketing automations — prior knowledge of ActiveCampaign is a plus but not required.
You have at least 1–2 years of experience with Webflow and can independently (further) develop websites and landing pages.
You are a marketing techie at heart: you love the backend and clean automation processes and are always interested in the latest tools.
You are well versed in technical topics around website & CRM (e.g., tracking, form logic, integrations, data flows, APIs).
You have experience or a strong interest in SEO — initial exposure to GEO / AI Search is a plus.
You work in a structured, independent way and are eager to contribute to loyos bi's growth and build things.
You have excellent German language skills (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
