ContinuumCloud is hiring a Digital & Demand Marketing Manager to own the engine that turns market interest into qualified, predictable revenue. This position is responsible for building and scaling the full-funnel demand system that fuels pipeline growth across all three of our products - Welligent, DATIS, and CaredFor.
Responsibilities:
- Know our ICP and our customers’ business models
- Build a predictable, scalable digital pipeline for all three products
- Improve MQL quality and sales confidence
- Make marketing attribution real and defensible
- Power state-based and product-based growth campaigns
- Give leadership confidence in pipeline forecasting and ROI
- Organize and restructure SalesForce to operate efficiently
- Own accountability for digital demand generation and strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, and landing pages – tied to pipeline and revenue goals
- Create unique buyers’ journeys across our web properties
- Build and optimize Pardot nurture programs aligned to buyer journeys
- Build and optimize emails, newsletters, and more
- Execute product-specific and state-specific demand campaigns
- Optimize conversion from visitor → lead → MQL
- Manage website portfolio across brands (WordPress, WPEngine, etc.)
- Build and manage campaign reporting, CAC, MQL cost, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email programs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Work experience in SaaS and healthcare field required
- Experience in Multi-Brand Digital & Demand Product Management
- A problem solving mentality
- 3-5 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with significant experience with AI writing tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience running full-funnel campaigns tied to revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and project management tools and software (e.g. AI, BaseCamp, SalesForce, Pardot, SEMRush, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Expert Pardot is a must, Salesforce, and campaign analytics experience, we run our business on Salesforce
- Ability to balance brand, demand, and sales enablement needs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
