About this role
Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients already engaged with our products and services
- Deliver client presentations, articulating the Bright Network proposition and most relevant value-add solutions
- Lead client kick-offs to ensure campaigns are well planned
- Interpret client campaign data to build insights & actions
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities for additional partnership activities
- There may also be new business inbound enquiries
Requirements
- strong track record hitting commercial targets in an account or relationship management role
- keen to develop expertise as a key contributor to a high-performing commercial team
- confident and articulate communicator with strong commercial acumen
- natural ability to build strong & long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders
- keen to learn from and collaborate with an experienced commercial team
