Strategic optimization: You will be responsible for continuously increasing the conversion rate across the entire funnel — from the first click on the landing page to the qualified lead inquiry
Hypothesis-driven testing: You will design, prioritize, and manage systematic A/B and multivariate tests to remove user friction and continuously improve lead quality
User experience & journey: In close collaboration with our website team, you will optimize landing pages and funnel logic to create a best-in-class user experience
Data-driven insights: You will use tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior in depth and derive data-backed recommendations to improve web performance
Stakeholder coordination: You will work closely with Performance Marketing to ensure that ad creatives and landing page experiences are perfectly aligned to sustainably reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Innovation & trends: You will monitor trends in CRO and AI and translate them into concrete growth levers for 1KOMMA5°

Several years of relevant professional experience in CRO, web analytics, or growth hacking — ideally with a focus on complex/technical products and lead generation (B2C)
University degree (e.g., Psychology, Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on data and user behavior
Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and common testing and analytics tools
You love diving deep into data, can present complex relationships clearly, and derive clear priorities from them
You have a feel for sales psychology and know how to combine technical requirements with an intuitive user journey
You work proactively and independently and have the drive to actively contribute to the energy transition in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment
