Act as the primary liaison between our external marketing agency and internal sales teams
Understand agency-developed strategies and help execute them internally
Coordinate timelines, feedback, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward
Ensure sales teams are aligned with active marketing programs and equipped with the right materials
Manage setup and scheduling of webinars with anticipated frequency of 3-4 per year
Translate marketing messages and direction from the agency into a consistent organic presence on social media (primarily LinkedIn) with the goal of growing followers and engagement.
Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and product overviews
Build and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
Write and edit marketing copy for email, sales enablement, webinars and campaign materials
Help translate technical product concepts into clear, customer-ready messaging
Manage all logistics for marketing events, primarily within the U.S., with some international coordination
Support booth planning, shipping, vendors, lead retrieval, and on‑site materials
Coordinate pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups
Build working knowledge of our products to support accurate and credible marketing execution
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
Ensure sales CRM is up to date and all organic leads are captured and qualified
Manage CRM outbound campaigns, including building campaign copy and materials in coordination with sales team
Requirements
BA/BS degree
3-5 years of experience in a marketing execution, coordination or manager role
Strong writing and editing skills
Working knowledge of desktop publishing or design tools (Word and PowerPoint required, with additional experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred)
Comfort working with technical products and learning new concepts quickly
Experience supporting or managing marketing events and logistics
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to generate and present periodic marketing status reports in group meetings
Experience supporting global or international marketing efforts
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools
Familiarity with marketing automation or email tools
Prior experience in B2B, technology, fintech, or regulated industries
