About this role
Role Overview
Full responsibility for drugstore key accounts.
Independently conduct annual reviews, pricing/terms negotiations and listing meetings.
Develop assortment and shelf-placement strategies.
Plan and support promotions and trade-marketing activities.
Develop compelling sales arguments based on reporting and market analyses.
Act as the central interface between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector.
Independently conducted annual reviews or listing negotiations.
Good understanding of assortments, shelf placement and retail mechanics.
Ability to use performance metrics (KPIs) to inform decisions.
Structured, independent working style with an ownership mindset.
Confident and assertive communication in German (C1) and good English skills.
Willingness to work regularly from the Frankfurt office.
