You are also responsible for helping company and firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
You join the Pennylane Academy and continuously train on the product and the team’s processes.
You learn to identify all stakeholders and collaborate effectively within your team and with other departments.
You start handling accounting-related requests: you receive inquiries, qualify them based on a solid understanding of accounting principles, and deliver timely, impactful responses.
You become a product expert and boost your team’s efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.
