Role Overview
- Process and resolve incoming service requests in the ticket system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order processing and shipments via email
- Manage inventory and assist in the purchasing process
- Assist in shipment investigations
- Generate reports using data from various systems and communicate relevant information to stakeholders
Requirements
- Completion of a degree at MBO level 4
- Proficiency in working with multiple systems and advanced Excel skills
- Initiative-taking and situational awareness
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Proficient English language skills in both speaking and writing
- Full-time availability during office hours is preferred
