Requirements
Several years of solid experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google) for high-ticket (!) D2C brands — we are explicitly seeking candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior, etc. No mass-market or discount background.
Proven scaling successes in the luxury or premium segment
Deep understanding of the psychology and decision-making processes of affluent target groups
Confidence in independently managing and profitably scaling larger ad budgets
Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of KPIs, ROAS, and funnels
Entrepreneurial mindset, loyalty, and a positive attitude
