Assist AEs in positioning Filevine to clients seeking case management, AI, and contract management solutions particularly in the legal and corporate verticals.
This is non-customer facing role with a focus on preparing and delivering dynamic storytelling demonstrations of products to our AE team.
Continually improve your understanding of the intricacies of the Filevine offerings.
Help in researching and developing solutions within the Filevine suite to solve customer needs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as quality assurance, engineer in test or technical support.
A curious mind that wants to know how it works and why it works; the type of person who can’t help but push a button to find out what happens when you do.
Fluent in English. Strong communicator, ability to efficiently communicate with our account executive team in the US time zone.
Problem-solving skills so you can listen to the customers’ desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions.
Adaptable to sudden changes whether they be in a customer conversation or overall in business strategy.
Legal software admin experience is a plus but not necessary.
