Support the Director, Automotive, in building and expanding the Automotive segment
Develop innovative concepts for a structured approach to the segment
Acquire new clients through professional business development and prospecting
Manage existing accounts and key clients
Lead recruitment and placement processes for national and international mandates
Collaborate with research specialists and conduct discussions with candidates, interim managers, and clients
Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and excite clients by filling high-caliber positions
Build collaboration with the Senior Advisor Board and support the Director
