Role Overview
- Improve inventory accuracy
- Support 3PL DC operations
- Manage overall returns and claims
- Verify monthly invoices and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and monitor operations
- Prepare Flash report and other reports with accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Master the warehouse management system (MA & LM system)
- Well know the inbound & outbound processes
- Be familiar with the quality control outline or method
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent in English
