Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure high-quality execution
Act as the central point of contact for all Viber Dating activities (marketing, product, data). Ensure all teams are aligned and that updates and deadlines are systematically communicated
Build and maintain a master Gantt chart that provides 360-degree visibility into product tests, feature releases and online/offline marketing activities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing assets. This includes coordinating between copywriters and designers, securing local team approvals, managing external localization agencies, and final QA
Ensure that development requests from marketing and other stakeholders are clearly documented and communicated to Product Managers and Data teams.
Lead cross-functional meetings, distribute concise summaries, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
Coordinate the release management process with Product Managers and R&D, ensuring it is synced with marketing and analysts readiness
Proactively identify and resolve major blockers, bottlenecks, and external dependencies, including high-impact delivery risks
Requirements
At least 2 years proven experience in project management within a marketing environment, preferably in a global B2C tech company
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com )
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with delivery metrics and KPIs
Experienced with managing localization processes
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, with a high level of ownership
