Senior Partner Manager, EMEA, India

Role Overview

• You will own Sprinto’s SMB partner motion across EMEA and India, building a scalable network of consulting and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue.
• Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll craft and execute GTM plays, equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need, and ensure our partner ecosystem consistently exceeds its targets.
• Outbound prospecting to target partner firms
• Weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting with the partners
• Delivering periodic enablement webinars
• Drive mutual success plans with the partners, through co-sell, co-marketing, and other initiatives
• Tracking and reporting on partner KPIs

Requirements

• Overall experience of 8-10 years with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B
• C stage
• Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across EMEA and India
• Strong sales acumen: hands-on with partner-led selling motions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in remote and in-person settings
• Self-starter with strong project, and stakeholder management skills
