Analyze opportunities, address and follow up on deliverables with the Processes team, ensuring deadlines are met with quality;
Assess internal opportunities by creating projects aimed at improving area performance indicators;
Evaluate available BI data to develop opportunities together with the customer service supervision;
Prepare presentations for the team focused on KPIs and continuous operational improvement;
Draft communications for the team as needed, as well as notifications and business refreshes for partner law firms;
Ensure the operationalization of controls established by management;
Support operational activities with business areas whenever involved or cited as support;
Assist assistants with complex cases to ensure task completion and knowledge transfer;
Execute operational activities requiring restricted access that are of higher criticality and impact to the Company;
Ensure maintenance of OBF for critical cases;
Provide exclusive handling for specific Company business, for example, courses with higher-value tickets;
Provide exclusive support for Company projects that have judicial impact;
Perform confidential analyses requested by the Legal team;
Gather supporting information for critical cases focused on building the case narrative so that Legal has sufficient information to defend and/or respond to the Public Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Education, official letters from government agencies, PROCON, Regional Councils and administrative proceedings;
Execute obligations to perform ("Obrigações de Fazer") and civil public actions (ACPs) involving the responsible business area;
Participate in meetings with internal and external areas (partner hubs, external law firms, suppliers) and the Company;
Interface with internal and external areas.
