Develop short
and long-term planning (MPS and MRP)
Schedule production and monitor the entire production process, ensuring deadlines are met
Plan procurement of materials based on the MPS, aligning inventory levels and days of coverage
Monitor the release of finished goods and their availability for sale
Manage inventory, controlling stock levels, expirations, storage and avoiding waste
Execute the area’s performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze data and strategic planning with competence
Lead production scheduling meetings, promoting alignment among the involved departments
Analyze risks and opportunities in the production chain, proposing scenarios and alternatives to support decision-making
Maintain interface with other company departments, ensuring efficient information flow
Identify and promote continuous improvements in processes, assisting the manager with team engagement
Provide support and perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.

Bachelor's degree (Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields)
Proven experience in Production and Materials Planning
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (data handling, dashboards, etc.)
Strong communication skills for effective, collaborative interaction with different departments
Knowledge of ERP management systems
