Sponsor compliance and ethical principles across the group
Implement a new Compliance Program and Compliance Structure aiming at covering compliance of all functions of the Group worldwide
Set and oversee the direction of Givaudan's compliance strategy
Lead the implementation of the compliance organisation
Improve Givaudan's integrity and compliance culture
Partner with senior leadership and the board to ensure governance of compliance risks
Build a legal team with the right capabilities
Manage compliance aspects of the activities of the group
Ensure compliance resources and competences are available to support the activities of the group
Design compliance policies and strategies

10+ years of experience in an international firm as a high ranking member in the compliance department of a multinational company
Experience as an in-house
Experience in complex international listed setting
Bar exam
Fluent English, French is an asset
Shape and motivate a team of professionals spread across the world
