Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SharePoint.
Soft Skills: Critical analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence.
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge in Process Management, KPI/Indicator Management and Business Writing.
HR Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes, with a focus on headcount management and budgeting (Headcount & Budget).
