About this role
Role Overview
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full‑cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
Collaborate with the APAC Sourcing Lead and Senior TABPs on regional sourcing efforts and workforce planning.
Support and occasionally lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in‑house setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets, ideally including Malaysia, China, and ASEAN.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused mindset.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
