Requirements
5+ years of experience managing B2B software products
Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate customer problems to solve.
Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
Experience using customer and product discovery frameworks such as, but not limited to: User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs to be Done.
Ability to engage directly in technical conversations and translate to a non-technical audience.
