Operate using a sales-funnel model to identify and qualify customers and opportunities, with a focus on meeting established targets.
Manage sales forecast and pipeline assertively, ensuring clear visibility of business potential and optimizing opportunity conversion.
Ensure adherence to and execution of established commercial processes, aligning with company guidelines.
Keep the CRM updated daily with executed and planned activities.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with clients aimed at closing deals.
Deliver sales presentations remotely (Meet, Teams, etc.) and in person (client visits).
Create an outstanding commercial/customer service experience by actively listening to clients, supporting them in their discoveries and challenges, and co-creating technical and financially viable solution designs.
Develop and implement corrective action plans (self-managed) focused on continuously growing results and improving team performance.
Collaboratively coordinate client non-commercial requests with internal departments.
Work in close partnership with internal and support teams.
