Role Overview
Analyze and audit hospital accounts, denial appeals and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with procedure fee schedules and regulatory standards (ANS/Intercâmbio).
Validate supporting documentation and invoices to authorize payments with the Finance department.
Monitor deadlines, records of deliberations and operational workflows, proposing improvements to the billing/collections processes.
Keep the system updated with contractual data and analysis justifications to ensure payment compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Knowledge of medical procedure fee schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
