Role Overview
Win complex, large-scale mandates in new business
Establish hallo theo as a trusted partner with major property owners
Build a reliable pipeline through consistent outbound activity
Systematically activate and expand the network to generate high-volume mandate wins
Position hallo theo in the market among property owners
Manage stakeholders from C-level to critical advisory/committee structures
Demonstrate CRM excellence in HubSpot
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in active B2B sales (ideally in real estate, investment brokerage, or premium real estate services)
Demonstrable hunter mindset and track record
Confident professional presence and ideally solid knowledge of WEG (condominium ownership law) and tenancy law
Strong negotiation skills (C-level, banks, advisory boards)
Extremely resilient, self-driven, and motivated to open and develop new markets
Consistent CRM usage (HubSpot)
