Vice President – General Manager, EMEA

Role Overview

• Drive sales growth across the EMEA region
• Own end-to-end regional performance and market expansion
• Lead sales strategy and go-to-market efforts in EMEA
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives in Europe
• Provide oversight of non-sales functions within EMEA
• Ensure alignment to sales goals and customer outcomes
• Drive accountability across sales and cross-functional teams to meet objectives
• Deliver regular executive updates on performance and strategic opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior regional leadership and/or general management experience within enterprise software
• Proven success selling enterprise-scale P&C core platforms across EMEA
• Direct experience selling and managing competitive engagements in the region
• Demonstrated ability to win large, complex, multi-year core system transformation programs
• Mastery of long-cycle, consultative enterprise sales involving multi-stakeholder decision processes
• Clear track record of exceeding annual and quarterly sales and bookings targets
• Experience building, leading, and scaling enterprise sales organizations across multiple EMEA geographies
• Strong business, financial, and emotional intelligence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 30-50% throughout EMEA
