About this role
Role Overview
Deliver outstanding support to Danish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to ensure high levels of player satisfaction.
Gather and analyze player feedback to enhance our gaming services and product offerings.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
Collaborate with various departments to improve operational workflows and problem resolution.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices in player support.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of current trends and communities.
Experience in customer support or a gaming-related role is helpful but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with players.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
