About this role
Role Overview
Deliver outstanding support to Swedish-speaking players via various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Collect and analyze player feedback to inform enhancements in our gaming services and products.
Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance problem-solving efforts.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective player support strategies.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
A strong passion for gaming with an awareness of current gaming trends and communities.
Experience in customer support or a role within the gaming industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with players effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
A positive attitude and the capability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
