About this role
Role Overview
Provide exceptional support to Romanian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
Troubleshoot player issues efficiently and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction.
Collect and analyze player feedback to enhance our gaming services and products.
Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve problem-solving.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in player support.
Requirements
Fluency in Romanian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
Experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage players effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
