Prepare and execute the sales plan for your region, validated with your GD;
Plan weekly customer visits and record the visits daily;
Monitor sales performance in your region, anticipate potential issues, and ensure targets are met;
Build and maintain trusting, respectful relationships with customers;
Track progress on all assigned targets, including revenue, product mix, distribution (positivação), and visit frequency;
Exchange ideas and techniques with other Sales Consultants (CVs) to stay updated on customer approach methods;
Hold regular meetings with key clients and, when necessary, attend with your GD. Execute sales campaigns for clients as defined by the company for your area;
Keep the company informed about competitors to help shape strategy. Develop relationships with opinion leaders in your area of operation.
Requirements
Higher education in progress or completed;
Experience in field/external sales;
Knowledge of sales techniques and a strategic mindset;
Valid driver's license (CNH);
Comfortable using technology.
