Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
Advising customers and performing technical sizing and specification of suitable product solutions
Preparing quotations and tracking projects
Developing and expanding the market position within the sales territory
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
Completed technical training as a technician or a degree in building services/energy supply engineering, heating, ventilation, refrigeration or control engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in sales of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems (HVAC/R)
Strong customer orientation and a confident manner
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
Very good presentation skills
Solution-oriented, structured and independent working style
High initiative, commitment and a hands-on mentality
Persistence, determination and resilience in daily sales activities
Good English skills and willingness to travel
