About this role

Lead a Systems Integration department (typically 75-150 engineers)
Set operating objectives and provide leadership and mentorship to Functional Home Room Section Managers
Provide oversight and assistance to multiple business units within the division portfolio
Plan for and manage risk; ensure project performance, schedule, and technical quality
Mentor, develop, and train section managers and department employees

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of related experience or Masters Degree in STEM and 6 years of related experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience within the following engineering disciplines, preferably in support of Launch Vehicles or ICBM/SLBM systems: systems integration, Integrated Functional Capability (IFC), digital engineering, governance & enablers, and advanced concepts
