support strategic deals
guide customers to best array and sequencing solutions
ensure commercial teams across the subregion are trained on workflows, software, and value propositions
Requirements
deep scientific expertise
ideally with a PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related fields (or a Master’s with substantial experience)
hands‑on experience with DNA microarrays or genomic technologies
thrive in customer‑facing, fast‑moving commercial environments
strategic thinker with strong communication skills
able to translate customer needs into impactful solutions
enjoy building long-term relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and collaborating across matrixed commercial teams
experience in Genotyping, product commercialization, and proven experience in sales or customer‑facing roles
