Requirements
1–2+ years in project management, agency operations, or growth/marketing operations — agency experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects across multiple clients or teams without losing detail or velocity
Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or comparable PM tools like Asana, Monday) — you know how to build and maintain clean workspace structures, not just use them
Familiarity with time tracking platforms (Toggl or similar) and the operational discipline to enforce adoption across a team
Working knowledge of SaaS platform security, access management, and compliance basics (SSO, role-based permissions, offboarding protocols, audit trails)
Technical fluency — you can navigate APIs, integrations, and tools without needing an engineer to hold your hand, and you know when to escalate
Strong communication skills with the ability to hold people accountable without creating friction
Experience interfacing with clients or supporting account management functions — you understand what client-facing delivery looks like under the hood
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where you often have to build the process and then run it
Bonus: experience in a growth marketing, performance media, or data-driven agency environment
