You assert contractual claims against subcontractors and defend against unfounded claims from third parties
You work closely with Contract Management, Legal and the Insurance department
You support the development and optimization of claim management processes
You prepare insights from claims and share 'lessons learned' with the teams
You contribute to the adjustment of contract terms with subcontractors
You assess liability and risk issues in the context of contract drafting and contract review

2–4 years of professional experience as a Claim Manager or in a comparable role
Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
Ability to quickly understand complex and partially incomplete matters
High flexibility and willingness to adapt to dynamic conditions
Enjoy working in international teams
Strong assertiveness and excellent communication skills
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
