Serve as a key leader in building, reinforcing, and sustaining marketing operations for the Contrast Media portfolio.
Partner with marketing and cross‑functional leaders to translate strategy into standard work, clear priorities, disciplined execution, and metrics.
Establish marketing KPIs to connect marketing activities to business outcomes and empower the team to continuously improve on marketing programs and campaigns.
Use AI and data analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer journey insights.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Manage and optimize the digital marketing tech stack, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Oversee Contrast Media Portfolio digital ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive online presence across all digital touchpoints.
Implement AI technologies to enhance marketing automation, including customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or digital technology management, with some background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
Proven track record of using AI and data-driven approaches to enhance digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong technical skills, with experience in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and AI solutions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
