Role Overview
- Oversees multi-region engineering programs.

Requirements
- 8+ years in Technical Program Management at enterprise scale.
- Deep experience in retail technology (e-commerce, omnichannel, order management, customer platforms).
- Proven track record managing global, distributed engineering organizations.
- Experience leading complex, multi-product technology transformations.
- Strong command of modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep familiarity with microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or enterprise AI enablement initiatives strongly preferred.
Bonus:
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise commerce platforms.
- Experience driving measurable productivity transformation initiatives.
