Role Overview
- Lead the design and implementation of a Group-wide Compliance Framework
- Oversee Group-wide compliance registers, MI and reporting
- Create clear, insightful reporting for the Executive, Board and relevant Committees
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-territory responses to significant legislative changes
- Design, implement and maintain a dedicated EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) framework
Requirements
- Strong understanding of global regulatory and compliance environments
- Experience in compliance, risk management, legal or regulatory roles
- Highly effective communicator
- Experience working with SMEs, legal teams, and cross-functional governance groups
