Lead the intake, triage, and management of product safety regulatory reporting requirements for the organization.
Partner with product compliance, store operations, customer care, claims, legal, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective regulatory reporting.
Lead continual improvement of regulatory reporting processes for product safety.
Serve as the primary point of contact to the CPSC, FDA, and other government agencies for product safety regulatory reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Science, or related field; Master’s degree or advanced legal studies preferred.
8+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, product safety, or related roles, with direct experience in regulatory reporting and agency relations.
Strong knowledge of CPSC and FDA reporting requirements and best practices.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-risk, time-sensitive projects.
Experience with data analytics, process management, and technology-enabled compliance solutions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working with government agencies (CPSC, FDA).
