Lead our efforts in delivering world-class Policy Management and Billing features within our software suite
Drive the strategic direction of these key product areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of customer and internal stakeholder feedback
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving iterative enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field
3+ years of progressive technical product management experience within the SaaS space
3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, supporting a complex product
Strong working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into product discovery, documentation, and execution workflows to accelerate delivery and improve decision quality
Analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer feedback, usage data, and market research to drive product decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and influence key stakeholders
Passion for user-centric design and a commitment to improving product usability and customer satisfaction
Experience with failure (e.g. product launch) and ability to course correct
