Role Overview
- Provide individualized care to our residents in accordance with the care concept
- Support ventilated residents in daily life, at events/celebrations and on outings
- Monitor vital signs and perform intensive patient observation
- Organize and professionally carry out nursing interventions
- Instruct residents and involve their relatives in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric or general health and nursing care
- Qualifications in intensive care (a plus, but not required)
- Positive attitude toward residents' relatives and enjoyment in working with residents
- Respectful behavior toward colleagues
- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks
